Availability and reservation
Inventory is one of one. A stone is not reserved until Oakwell Turquoise confirms the hold in writing.
Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping, insurance, and taxes are stated before payment. Accepted payment methods are specified on the invoice.
Photography and specifications
We provide front and reverse photographs. Color varies across screens and lighting. Exact dimensions, weight, and known condition notes are confirmed before sale.
Treatment disclosure
Collection 01 is represented by our supplier as untreated. Independent laboratory reports are not currently available unless explicitly stated for an individual stone.
Shipping and returns
Shipping method, insurance, signature requirements, inspection period, and any return eligibility will be stated in the written quotation or invoice. Do not send a return without prior written authorization.
